Within the region Ms. Easter is recognized as a true advocate for individuals in their commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and guiding some clients as they start up their own companies, and then nurturing their success.
Many major banks and community lenders in the area turn to Ms. Easter to document their most sophisticated loans, bridge financing and restructuring, and to seek her advice on complex environmental issues. She has guided developers through the acquisition and financing of everything from small residential projects through large shopping centers, addressing the many issues that arise from such activities.
Ms. Easter is well versed in corporate matters, from choice of business entity through succession planning.
