
Faith V. Easter is a Real Estate and Business & Corporate Attorney, and former president of the firm. She focuses her practice on servicing the needs of commercial lenders, corporate entities, private and family-owned businesses in transactional matters. These include real estate transfer, financing, retail and commercial leasing for national landlords and small family-owned businesses such as restaurants, dental practices, dry cleaners, and franchisee representation.
Ms. Easter advocates for individuals in their commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, and business start ups. For major banks and community lenders in the area, Ms. Easter documents their most sophisticated loans, bridge financing and restructuring. She guides developers through the acquisition and financing of everything from small residential projects through large shopping centers, addressing the many issues that arise from such activities.
In addition to her legal work, Ms. Easter is an active member of the MetroWest community and has volunteered with numerous organizations.

Ms. Easter is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, Massachusetts Bar Association, and South Middlesex Bar Association. Ms. Easter is a former fellow trustee of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Additionally, she is an active member of the MetroWest community. Ms. Easter currently serves on the Board of Directors for the MetroWest YMCA. She also is a former board member of the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce, Framingham History Center, and Hopkinton Community Endowment, Inc.
