Phillips S. Davis is of counsel with the firm, focusing his practice on business and corporate, real estate, zoning and land use matters. A past President of Fletcher Tilton, he has practiced with the firm since 1965. Mr. Davis has served as a Trustee for many local non-profit organizations, including the Bancroft School, Proprietors of Rural Cemetery, Higgins Armory Museum, Worcester Youth Center, UMass Memorial Foundation, Hart Foundation, Kingsley Foundation, Rockwell Foundation, Fehsenfeld Riley Foundation, and the Higgins Foundation.

Mr. Davis received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University. He earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law and an LL.M. in taxation from Boston University Graduate Tax Program. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Mr. Davis has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America in the corporate category for 25 consecutive years. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Worcester County Bar Association, as well as the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
