Mark S. Foss is a Litigation Attorney focused on corporate matters. He represents both lenders and borrowers and specializes in resolving difficulties in lender-borrower relationships. Mr. Foss handles matters related to insolvency law, foreclosure, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business and corporate law, civil litigation, and real estate. He represents lenders in foreclosure and workout matters, and counsels creditors in bankruptcy court. Mr. Foss also represents clients in insolvency-related civil litigation proceedings.
Mr. Foss received his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. He graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mr. Foss is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association.
