Robert F. Dore Jr. focuses his practice on business and corporate law, elder law, special needs law, trust and estate administration, and taxation. Mr. Dore works with individuals, families, and businesses, including privately-owned utilities, prominent construction companies, and non-profit corporations with annual revenues exceeding $300 million.
Mr. Dore has led significant commercial transactions, including counseling clients in the multi-million dollar sale of a division of a privately held company to a publicly traded buyer. He has represented multiple borrowers and sellers in multi-million dollar matters, notably advising a client in a $12 million tax-exempt bond borrowing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dore has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer. He has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review for over 35 years. A member of the American, Massachusetts, and Worcester County Bar Associations, he formerly chaired both the Worcester County Bar Association Finance Committee and its Probate Court Committee.
Active in community service, Mr. Dore has held leadership positions in various Worcester-area organizations. He served as Chair of the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce Business Education Committee and as President and Director of the Seven Hills Foundation, Inc. His commitment to youth sports in Holden includes serving as President of both Holden Youth Soccer League, Inc. and Holden Youth Sports, Inc., as well as Director of the Holden Baseball Program, Inc.
