Tina Martin serves as Director of Human Resources at Fletcher Tilton PC, overseeing recruitment, employee benefits, compensation, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations. She brings a unique perspective to HR, having practiced law for over 15 years with a focus on employment and labor law, representing both individuals and corporations.
Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Ms. Martin managed human resources for educational organizations, municipalities, and higher education institutions. She transitioned to HR in 2012, leveraging her legal expertise to provide comprehensive human resource management.
Ms. Martin earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Rhode Island.
