Alex M. Rodolakis is a Business and Corporate Attorney who leads the firm’s Cape Cod office. His practice areas include commercial law, bankruptcy, workouts and financial restructuring, commercial collection, commercial lending, corporate law and business litigation. Attorney Rodolakis represents individuals, businesses, and lenders, in transactional matters and issues related to corporate governance and commercial litigation.

Attorney Rodolakis received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and graduated from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, he was a partner at a Boston law firm where he managed its Cape Cod office.

Having lived and worked on Cape Cod for over twenty years, Mr. Rodolakis has made giving back to the community a priority.  He has served on the town of Barnstable Zoning Board of Appeals (including as Chairman for four years), a Trustee of Cape Cod Community College, Advisory Board Member of St. John Paul II School, and member of the executive committee of Barnstable County Bar Association. Mr. Rodolakis is currently on the boards of Housing Assistance Corporation, Inc. and Cape and Islands Community Development Corporation.
