Stephen M. Rodolakis is a Corporate and Litigation attorney. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law, including representation of creditors, debtors and trustees in both liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Rodolakis also represents litigants in commercial real estate disputes, including permitting issues.
Mr. Rodolakis earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Mr. Rodolakis served as a member of the United States Trustee’s Region I private panel of bankruptcy trustees from 1990 to 2007 and on the Central Region Committee of the Judicial Nominating Committee from 1996 to 2003. He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and serves as the Vice Chair on the board of directors for the Worcester Business Development Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Rodolakis has served on the Town of Shrewsbury Planning Board since 1999.
