Mr. Moroso’s professional experience includes representing closely held shareholders, business owners, property owners, contractors, and consumers. His practice covers disputes under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Law, such as unfair and deceptive acts in business dealings, home renovation, insurance, and consumer transactions. It also covers land ownership and use disputes, including home purchases, adverse possession, easements, and commercial landlord-tenant.
