Fletcher Tilton PC is proud to announce that our President, Todd E. Brodeur, has been named to the prestigious Worcester Business Journal Power 100 for 2025, recognizing him as one of the most influential professionals in Central Massachusetts.
The annual Power 100 list highlights leaders who have made significant contributions to the region’s business community and demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and community impact.
Brodeur, who assumed the presidency of Fletcher Tilton in March 2025, has dedicated his entire professional career to the firm, which stands as one of the largest law firms in Central Massachusetts with a legacy dating back over 200 years.
“This recognition reflects Todd’s outstanding contributions not only to our firm but to the entire Central Massachusetts business community,” said Mark Donahue, Brodeur’s predecessor and director of the firm’s transactional group. “His leadership continues to strengthen Fletcher Tilton’s position as a cornerstone legal institution in our region.”
As highlighted in the WBJ Power 100 profile, Brodeur has represented clients in transactions and developments involving hundreds of millions of dollars in assets. In the past year alone, he represented a buyer group that purchased a $40-million apartment complex, guided a seller through diligence and zoning matters for a $120-million warehouse sale spanning multiple town lines, and secured permits for the construction of a 200-megawatt battery energy storage system in Uxbridge.
Brodeur’s influence extends beyond his legal practice through his dedicated community involvement. He previously served on the board of trustees of Worcester’s EcoTarium for 15 years and has been a member of the Shrewsbury Board of Assessors for 13 years. Additionally, he serves as director of The Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit providing scholarships and grants to Auburn public school students in honor of his late brother, U.S. Air Force Major David Brodeur.
“I am deeply honored to be included among such distinguished leaders in our community,” said Brodeur. “At Fletcher Tilton, we remain committed to strengthening our core practice areas while adapting to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This recognition is a testament to our firm’s enduring legacy of legal excellence and client service.”
With over 20 years of experience, Brodeur specializes in commercial real estate and corporate assets, focusing on dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
