Practical Realities in Special Needs Trust Administration

An informative presentation on real life scenarios managed by Trust Administrators and Trustees in the Fletcher Tilton Trust Administration Group will give a practical, realistic perspective in the day to day activities in administering a special needs trust. The practical role of a Trustee as a purchaser of services and supports will be presented. An important element of administering a trust is documentation. Trust accounts and the process of documenting the termination of a special needs trust will be presented.
