Mark Donahue is a Director of the Corporate/Business and Real Estate practice groups and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He brings a unique skillset to his practice. Part real estate lawyer, part corporate lawyer, he is essentially a business lawyer, trusted advisor and sounding board on major decisions and judgment calls for his clients. Over the past twenty five years he has been involved in some of the major real estate development initiatives within Worcester County. Attorney Donahue’s practice encompasses transactional, corporate and permitting matters including complex business combination transactions, structuring and drafting joint ventures, debt and equity financing and serving as lead entitlement counsel on complicated and multi-level real estate projects. He represents buyers and sellers of businesses and commercial real estate and has extensive experience in drafting agreements among economic parties to accomplish a wide range of goals and objectives.
