Zach is an associate attorney in the firm’s Boston office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and construction disputes. He represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a wide range of complex construction matters, including public bidding and award disputes, contract disputes, bond and payment claims, delay and defect claims, and lien enforcement. In addition to his construction practice, Zach handles broader business litigation matters, including partnership disputes and other commercial conflicts. He works closely with clients to develop practical, results-driven strategies aimed at resolving disputes efficiently—whether through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation.

Zach graduated from Suffolk University Law School. During that time, he worked at a mid-sized litigation firm specializing in construction and business litigation. In that position, Zach assisted the litigation team in resolving matters in the U.S. District Court, Superior Court, Appeals Court and the District Court of Massachusetts.

Outside of practicing law, Zach is an avid skier and volunteers in a disabled ski sport program.
