Daniel Loftus is a Senior Associate in the Trust and Estates Department, with a focus on a wide range estate planning, estate administration, trust administration and taxation matters.

Daniel (Dan) earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School, with his certificate of taxation.  Dan is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York and has his SIE/Series 7 license. Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Dan worked as an attorney in the traditional law firm setting, focusing on estate planning, estate administration, trust administration and taxation. Dan represented clients in the Probate and Family Court as well as represented clients in matters with the Department of Revenue.

Additionally, Dan worked as a Wealth Strategist for TD Bank, where he was focused on developing and implementing long-term financial plans in connection with a client’s estate plan as well as supported the trust administration department.
