Donna Truex is a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through complex transactions across the country. She represents buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in all aspects of real estate, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. Her practice is further strengthened by her background as underwriting counsel for a prominent title insurance company, where she spent five years deepening her expertise in title and risk analysis.

Donna has extensive experience handling sophisticated matters such as affordable housing and construction projects, as well as bond and tax credit financing. She is highly skilled in permitting and licensing and is known for her ability to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks with creativity and precision. Committed to delivering exceptional client service, Donna provides practical, business-focused advice and takes a collaborative, team-oriented approach to drive efficiency and value.

Donna earned her Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and her Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. During law school, she was recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students for three consecutive years and served as a member of Law Review.

She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. Donna currently serves as President of the Weston Women’s Club and has been a featured speaker at the Worcester Women’s Leadership Conference. She has also been quoted in Worcester Chamber News and has authored articles published in the Worcester Business Journal and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

A dedicated leader in the legal and nonprofit communities, Donna is a past Chair of the Worcester Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association and served for 15 years on the Board of Directors of YOU, Inc.
