Fletcher Tilton PC recently concluded its annual Staff Appreciation Week, celebrating the dedicated employees who contribute to the firm’s success. The week-long celebration, held from April 21-25, featured a variety of events across the firm’s Worcester, Boston, and Providence offices.

The festivities began on Tuesday, April 22, with a special breakfast served by the firm’s directors in the Employee Hub at the Worcester office. Later that day, staff members received appreciation gifts personally delivered by HR team members Tina Martin and Maura Jacobs.

On Wednesday, April 23, the celebration continued as Tina and Maura visited the Boston office, bringing staff gifts and treating employees to lunch. The midweek recognition provided a welcome break and opportunity for colleagues to connect.

The highlight of the week came on Thursday evening, April 24, when the firm reserved two adjoining suites at Polar Park for employees to enjoy a Worcester Red Sox game. Staff members gathered for an evening of food, fun, and baseball, watching the WooSox in action during the 6:05 PM game.

The week concluded on Friday, April 25, with Tina and Maura visiting the Providence office to deliver staff gifts and provide lunch for employees there, ensuring that all offices participated in the appreciation activities.

“We believe in recognizing the tremendous contributions our staff makes every day,” said Todd Brodeur, President at Fletcher Tilton. “Staff Appreciation Week is just one way we express our gratitude for their dedication and hard work throughout the year.”

Fletcher Tilton’s Staff Appreciation Week has become a cherished tradition that reinforces the firm’s commitment to creating a positive workplace culture and acknowledging the vital role staff members play in serving clients and supporting the firm’s mission.
