Congratulations to Attorney Matthew J Eckel on securing unanimous approval from the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal for a major office-to-residential conversion in the South End.

Matt represented the development team in the successful plan to transform the underutilized office building at 95 Berkeley Street into a mixed-use building, including 92 residential units, 18 of which will be affordable, while also creating a first-floor retail space and retaining the first-floor office space. The project also includes significant pedestrian safety and accessibility improvements, such as a fully accessible sidewalk connection to Ellis Memorial Children’s Park.
