Renee A. Kirk is an Associate in the Litigation Department based in the firm’s Worcester offices. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including employment litigation, construction litigation, and disputes under Massachusetts Consumer Protection Law.

Ms. Kirk earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she gained experience performing research in a laboratory environment. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law with a focus on Civil Litigation.

While at Boston University School of Law, Ms. Kirk participated in the school’s Civil Litigation Clinic where she got litigation experience as a Rule 3:03 student attorney helping indigent clients with employment, family law, and tenant’s rights cases. Ms. Kirk also worked as a litigation extern with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Kirk is a member of the Worcester Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
