Two Fletcher Tilton PC professionals will play prominent roles in the upcoming 27th Annual Paralegal Conference 2025, hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).
Attorney Rachael M. Poirier will present on “Types of Trusts in Estate Planning” during the 10:30-11:30 AM session. Poirier, who focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, and estate administration matters, brings unique expertise to the topic, having previously worked as a Trust Officer in Fletcher Tilton’s Trust Administration group before earning her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Kerry A. Gorham, a paralegal and the Transactional Group Practice Manager at Fletcher Tilton PC, is serving as co-chair of the conference, handling both planning and moderation responsibilities for the event. Gorham previously co-chaired the 25th Annual Paralegal Conference in 2023 and in 2024, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to paralegal education and professional development.
The day-long conference, scheduled for June 17, 2025, will feature sessions covering critical legal topics including artificial intelligence, ethics, the Affordable Homes Act, and civil litigation procedures. The event aims to help paralegals and legal professionals stay current with legal developments while enhancing their skills across multiple practice areas.
