Stephen O’Neill is both a consultant and of counsel with the firm. He concentrates his practice in estate planning and retirement distribution planning. Mr. O’Neill has also practiced extensively in the area of corporate and multi-employer pension and welfare benefit plans.
Mr. O’Neill earned his bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Mr. O’Neill was named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, one of eleven Rhode Island attorneys given that designation. In 2011, he was listed as a Rhode Island Five-Star Wealth Manager™ (Estate Planning Attorney Category) in Rhode Island Monthly and its sister publication Rhode Island Business Quarterly. Additionally, Mr. O’Neill was listed in Rhode Island Monthly as a Rhode Island Super Lawyer in 2011 and 2013.
