Stephen M. Rodolakis is a Corporate and Litigation attorney. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law, including representation of creditors, debtors and trustees in both liquidation and reorganization proceedings. Mr. Rodolakis also represents litigants in commercial real estate disputes, including permitting issues.
Mr. Rodolakis earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, and U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.

Mr. Rodolakis is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association. He serves on on the board of directors for the Worcester Business Development Corporation. Mr. Rodolakis served as a member of the United States Trustee’s Region I private panel of bankruptcy trustees from 1990 to 2007. He also served on the Central Region Committee of the Judicial Nominating Committee from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, Mr. Rodolakis has served on the Town of Shrewsbury Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals since 1999.
