Scott Regan is a Litigation attorney who concentrates his practice in commercial and employment litigation. Mr. Regan represents corporate entities and individuals in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal. He defends and prosecutes claims involving a wide-variety of business disputes, including business torts, breach of contract, as well as the enforceability of non-competition, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenants. He also works on matters related to the alleged misclassification of employees as independent contractors, violations of Massachusetts and federal wage and hour laws, and allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Mr. Regan received his bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
