Mary F. Proulx
Mary F. Proulx, Esq., is an attorney in the Elder Law & Special Needs Practice Group. For the past 22 years, Attorney Proulx’s practice has concentrated on Elder Law, including Estate and Incapacity Planning, sophisticated Long-Term Asset Planning, complex Medicaid Applications and Appeals, Probate, Trust and Estate administration.
Attorney Proulx joined Fletcher Tilton in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Proulx was a partner in the Medfield, MA law firm of McNicholas & Proulx LLP. Attorney Proulx became interested in the field of Elder Law after witnessing her aunt’s lengthy struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease, and her family’s subsequent journey navigating the complexities of the MassHealth long-term care system while simultaneously dealing with the emotional and financial impact of a loved one’s health crisis.
Attorney Proulx is an active member of the National and Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and has been involved with the MassNAELA Public Policy Committee. Admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Attorney Proulx received her J.D., cum laude, from New England School of Law in 1990 and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.
