
Mary F. Proulx is an Elder Law Attorney. She is part of Fletcher Tilton’s Elder Law & Special Needs Practice Group. Ms. Proulx’s practice focuses on many aspects of elder law, including estate and incapacity planning, long-term asset planning, complex Medicaid applications and appeals, and probate, trust, and estate administration.

Attorney Proulx joined Fletcher Tilton in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Proulx was a partner in the Medfield, MA law firm of McNicholas & Proulx LLP. Ms. Proulx graduated from the University of Massachusetts. She received her law degree from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
