Lucille B. Brennan is of counsel with the firm. She has more than 30 years experience focusing on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business and corporate law, civil litigation, elder law, family law, and real estate matters. Throughout her career Ms. Brennan has worked with individuals, families, businesses, banks, and charitable and exempt organizations. Ms. Brennan has been active with numerous legal organizations, including serving as co-chair of the Worcester County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and Probate Court Committee.

Ms. Brennan earned her Bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College. She also earned a master’s degree from the University of Hawaii. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in front of both the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
