Lauren E. Miller

Lauren Miller is an officer with the firm’s Trust and Estate Department and Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning, asset protection planning, MassHealth applications for long term care, and complex MassHealth appeals. She is dedicated to making her clients feel comfortable and informed when navigating the process of setting up an estate plan or applying for MassHealth.
Attorney Miller graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, she was an extern for the Honorable Ernest M. Robles in the Central District Bankruptcy Court, volunteered for the Cancer Legal Resource Center, and was an active member of the Women’s Law Association. Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Mrs. Miller practiced at a MetroWest Estate Planning and Elder Law firm, where her practice focused on estate planning, probate, and MassHealth applications for long term care. Mrs. Miller is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
