Collin A. Weiss is an Associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Practice Group. He handles all aspects of estate planning, including trust administration, estate administration, tax planning, elder law, and special needs planning. He advises clients on the income, estate, and gift tax consequences of various estate planning techniques, and handles matters relating to Medicaid planning in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Originally from McLean, Virginia, Mr. Weiss graduated from Colby College in 2009 and earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2013. He received his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2015. Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and in front of the U.S. Tax Court.
