Administrative Assistant Immigration - Framingham, MA

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Immigration practice in our Framingham office. Qualified candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to simultaneously handle numerous assignments, and the ability to work independently. Timeliness, strong grammar and proofreading skills are essential. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using MS Office products.

Real Estate/Commercial Lending Associate – Framingham, MA

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with up to 3 years’ of experience for our Framingham office. Practice will include conveyancing and financing, including commercial lending and loan documentation, leasing, and related transactional work. Strong academic record and references required.

Estate Administration Paralegal – Worcester, MA

We are seeking an Estate Administration Paralegal for our Worcester office.

Qualified candidates should have:
• Experience with probate court forms and procedures;
• Experience with estate and fiduciary income tax preparation;
• the ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• excellent communication and organization skills;
• the ability to effectively communicate with clients; and
• proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new software systems.

College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

Accounting Assistant – Worcester, MA

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for our Worcester office.

Qualified candidates should have:
• experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliations, and processing wires;
• ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• strong communication and organizational skills; and
• excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

College degree preferred.

Legal Administrative Assistant – Real Estate/Commercial – Worcester, MA

Fletcher Tilton PC is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Real Estate/Commercial transaction experience for its Worcester office.

Qualified candidates should have:
• at least 2 years’ relevant experience;
• the ability to multi-task;
• strong organizational and communication skills;
• strong grammar and proofreading skills;
• the ability to work independently; and
• excellent computer skills including Microsoft products.
