Attorney Alex Rodolakis Named to Pro Bono Honor Roll for 2018
Fletcher Tilton is pleased to announce that attorney Alex M. Rodolakis has been recognized by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts for his in providing “legal assistance, without compensation, to those who face substantial economic hardship (and often language barriers) so that they are able to navigate through the bankruptcy process. These services greatly benefit the bankruptcy system of our nation and all of its components.”
Attorney Rodolakis volunteered his time as a lecturer in the M. Ellen Carpenter Financial Literacy Program to help high school students across Massachusetts learn about making informed and effective decisions regarding their finances through educational and experiential opportunities.
He also provided pro bono bankruptcy services and advice to two individuals as part of South Coastal Counties Legal Services, Inc. (SCCLS). SCCLS is a nonprofit corporation that provides free civil legal services to low income families, elders, victims of crime, and people with disabilities in our communities. One of these cases included defending the individual from the claim of a creditor and having the complaint dismissed by the Bankruptcy Court.
