Arthur H. Miller is Of Counsel with the firm whose practice emphasizes areas of tax, business and corporate, acquisitions, mergers and compensation planning.

Mr. Miller is a nationally known attorney and Certified Public Accountant with almost 45 years of experience. Mr. Miller was a member of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Estate and Business Planning Council, Chamber of Commerce - International Trade Committee, Worcester Executive Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Miller has participated in MCLE, AICPA, Massachusetts CPA, NYS CPA and FODN continuing education activities. He also has participated in various professional groups throughout the United States. Mr. Miller is the former ADJ Assistant, Professor of Taxation, PACE University.

Mr. Miller is a widely published author. His writings include Understanding Foreign Tax Credit for Prentice Hall and Allocation and Apportionment of Deductions for Matthew Bender. He also has published numerous articles in various business tax publications.

Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in New York. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1968 and his LL.M in Tax from New York University in 1971. He received his BBA from the City College of New York, in 1965.
