Anthony J. Salvidio, II
Anthony J. Salvidio, II is chairman of Fletcher Tilton’s Commercial Lending Department and is both a Director of the firm and a member of the Management Committee. He also is a member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Attorney Salvidio has extensive experience representing national, regional and local commercial lending institutions in a wide array of secured, unsecured and other debt financing transactions. In addition, he represents and advises borrowers on all aspects of their financing requirements including: acquisition financing; capital and recapitalization financing; bond financing (public and private placement); mezzanine and bridge financing; and restructuring debt.
A member of many professional organizations, Anthony J. Salvidio, II serves as Public Administrator for Worcester County, a position he was appointed to by the late Governor Paul Cellucci. He serves as the Commissioner of the Massachusetts State Lottery and as Chairman of the Worcester License Committee.
A recognized specialist in commercial financing and corporate law, Attorney Salvidio served as an expert witness in a legal malpractice case brought against a Boston law firm for its work regarding the financing of a corporate acquisition. Based on his testimony, the jury returned a verdict for the law firm.
In 2005, he was recognized as a “Rising Star” among top Massachusetts lawyers by Boston magazine and Law & Politics magazine.
Attorney Salvidio is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from Columbia University. He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association.

Attorney Salvidio was retained by a national insurance company in 2008 to serve as the sole expert defense witness in a legal malpractice case. The suit concerned a Boston law firm’s representation of a client in the acquisition of a company and its financing. After a three-day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict. During the trial, Attorney Salvidio was qualified by the Superior Court as an expert on corporate acquisitions and financing.
