Amanda E. Risch is an Officer of the firm where she focuses her practice on financing and realestate matters. She regularly represents lenders and individuals with commercial real estatetransactions and financing and has handled deals ranging in size from $100,000 to $100 million. In addition to her commercial finance practice, Ms. Risch has experience in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and zoning and permitting of commercial real estate. Ms. Risch’s work also includes advising companies on a wide range of matters, including formation, succession, mergers and acquisitions and general transactional matters.
Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Ms. Risch was a legal extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she handled a variety of matters including bank regulatory compliance, contractual and licensing agreements, immigration matters, and employment related disputes. While at Boston University School of Law, Ms. Risch served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Wexler of the Massachusetts District Court, performing legal research and drafting memoranda. Ms. Risch was a member on the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law, for which she wrote “The Financial Stability Oversight Council,” 31 Rev. Banking & Fin. L. 521 (2012).
