  • Selection of Business Entity
    Our attorneys provide advice and counsel on how to choose the most advantageous form of business entity, including the tax implications of operating a business as a sole proprietor, partnership, professional corporation, S corporation, C corporation, limited liability company or limited liability partnership.

    We prepare and file organizational documents such as Articles of Organization, General and Limited Partnership Agreements, and Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements, as well as handling required tax filings with the Internal Revenue Service and Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
