  • The chair of Fletcher Tilton’s Environmental and Land Use practice group co-chairs the Land Use and Zoning Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA), recognized statewide as the chief real estate bar committee for Massachusetts real estate practitioners.

Our experience in residential and construction approvals ranges from individual property use and development (such as vacant or grandfathered lot development and frontage), Approval not Required (ANR) subdivision approvals, and up to larger-scale zoning, subdivision and site plan approvals for senior housing, affordable housing, Chapter 40B developments, cluster developments and conventional subdivisions.  Our permitting efforts have resulted in the development and construction of over 1,000 new residential dwelling units over the past decade.
