Real Estate/Commercial Transaction Associate

We are offering a unique opportunity for an Associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join the Firm. Our growing transactional practice encompasses a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions for clients that include commercial and residential developers, closely held corporations, and institutional, public and private lenders.

Qualified candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating conveyancing documents relating to commercial and residential real estate purchases and sales, experience representing lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions and experience drafting and negotiating leases.

Candidates should have excellent writing, research and interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team. We offer a direct collaborative work experience with clients and senior level attorneys with a strong platform for advancement. Strong academic record and references required.
