Anthony M. Serdynski, Jr.
Anthony M. Serdynski, Jr. is an Associate who concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate financing, land use law, leasing, permitting, and zoning. Mr. Serdynski garnered his interest in real estate prior to attending law school where he worked for over five years at a title company, assisting mortgage companies in real estate refinance and purchase transactions. In the summer of 2013, while in law school, he also interned at the Massachusetts Land Court for the Hon. Robert Foster and Recorder Deborah Patterson.
Prior to joining Fletcher Tilton, Mr. Serdynski worked as a Law Clerk and Senior Law Clerk with the Massachusetts Superior Court for two and a half years, where he assisted the Justices of the Court with legal research and drafting court decisions. He also worked as a paralegal for Equity National Title Insurance.
Mr. Serdynski is a graduate of Temple University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in American Studies, magna cum laude
. He earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University and his J.D. from New England Law | Boston, cum laude
, where he participated in the Government Lawyers Clinic, where he interned at the Division of Administrative Law Appeals, and participated in the Federal Courts Clinic, where he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
